Part # 823 is a liner (no blocks to be insert- ed) with a smooth face texture. The finger joint pattern removes any lines present in the finished concrete panel and the result is a block pattern suitable for staining or painting or simply left as is. VERSA LINER ® #190.02 Is designed for the start or finish of a row of modular running bond or stacked bond brick. The intention is to reduce or eliminate the concrete slurry that can run behind the liner and create problems with the liner stripping and the finished product. Picture (top right) shows field liner and the #190.02 part where the field liner is represented to have been cut in a “ not so perfect fashion. The part extends under the field liner about 2” Picture (bottom right) shows a brick in the overlapped liner pieces, and when placed, the tab on the edge of the liner is held against the form- board to create a barrier for the slur- ry. The side of the liner can also be glued, taped or stapled to the form for an even better seal.
